Since April 2023 she has been working as an associate at Kapolyi Law Firm.
During her studies at Eötvös Loránd University, Dalma gained experience working as a trainee at a law firm in Budapest, where she worked on dispute resolution, real estate and general civil law cases.
After finishing her studies, she started her career as an associate at Lohn Law Firm. During her one and a half years there, she mostly dealt with litigation, non-litigation procedures, corporate law and contract law.

Zsombor joined Kapolyi Law Firm as an associate in 2021.
During his university studies, Zsombor worked as an intern at a leading law firm in Budapest with an international client base, as well as at the Economic Chamber of the Budapest Environs Regional Court.
After completing his university studies, he worked as an associate at a law firm with a business law practice in Budapest, where – among other fields of law – he practiced litigation, contract law, corporate law and competition law.

Zsombor graduated from the Law Faculty of the Eötvös Loránd University in 2020 with a degree of summa cum laude.
During his university studies, he spent two semesters at the University of Lisbon in the course of the Erasmus+ programme.
In the academic year of 2020/2021, Zsombor completed the master programme of European and International Business Law (LL.M) in English language at the Eötvös Loránd University.

He is a senior lawyer at Kapolyi Law Firm who is heading the Corporate M&A practice group and also takes part in the energy practice of the Firm. Joining Kapolyi Law Firm will allow the Firm to continue to serve its clients efficiently and with high quality, representing practical aspects in complex and high-value transactions. His expertise in the energy sector is unique.
He started his professional career at Magyar Távközlési Rt. (currently, Telekom) in 1994. Following the bar exam, he worked as an in-house counsel for Dél-dunántúli Gázszolgáltató Zrt. (now, E.ON Dél-dunántúli Földgázhálózati Zrt.) from 1997 to 2000. Then, he worked as a senior associate at Oppenheim and Partners, respectively, Bán, S. Szabó and Partners from 2000.
He was a senior in-house counsel at E.ON Hungária Zrt. from 2005 to 2009, and then worked in the energy practice group of a global international law firm from 2011 to 2013.
From 2012, he worked 7 years as a senior in-house counsel and then head of legal at the ENGIE (GDF SUEZ) group.
Looking for new challenges, he joined Kapolyi Law Firm in October 2019.

Having graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs in 1996, he passed his bar exam in September 1996.
He has been a member of the Budapest Bar Association since September 2000.

EXPERIENCE
Started his professional career as junior legal counsel at the Hungarian Credit Bank in 1992. Worked as single in-house counsel of Crédit Lyonnais Bank Magyarország Rt. from 1996. In 1998 Gide Loyrette Nouel, a Paris based international law firm invited him to lead the Firm’s Banking and Finance practice in Hungary, which task he fulfilled until 2010. Afterwards he worked in his proper law office until November 2013, by which time he became Legal Director of Cellum Group, Hungary’s leading secured mobile payment technical service provider until January 2019.
BACKGROUND
Obtained his university degree of Law and State Sciences in 1992 at the Faculty of Law of the Miskolc University. Passed his bar exam in 1994. Obtained MBA degree on the Budapest Technical University in 2006 on Finance and Management.
Fluent in English, intermediary in the French language.
