We dispose on decades-long experience which enables us to provide effective and efficient legal representation in litigation before courts, and we take into upmost consideration the current developments of judicial enforcement as well as the courts’ day-to-day operation. In our litigation practice we deal with numerous cases for payment of indemnity, performance and fulfilment of contract, press rectification, consumer enforcement and liquidation proceedings.
Starting from the preparational phase and through the entire litiguous proceeding we place great emphasis on facilitating dispute resolution within as reasonable period of time as possible, on the most economical way and in a manner which is mutually acceptable for all parties.

We also offer to our clients the opportunity to settle their disputes by way of mediation sessions held and conducted by our Law Firm. During the mediation the disputing parties have the opportunity to find a solution to their problem which would not necessarily be possible during or by way of judicial or administrative proceedings. One of the many positive aspects of mediation – apart from the fact that it qualifies as quick and cost-effective form of dispute resolution – is that the decision is made by the parties themselves and not by an external third party; therefore the parties can find individual and specific solution to their problem satisfying the interests of both parties.
