Kapolyi Law Firm has become an official stock exchange advisor registered by the Budapest Stock Exchange
With the support of the Ministry of National Economy, the Budapest Stock Exchange launched this year the Mentoring Program for the preparation and implementation of the stock exchange listing of Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises. The program is funded by the European Union’s GINOP funding, in which SMEs can claim support for entering the stock market.
The program consists of two stages. In the first phase, participants will be able to take part in a complex two-year training program whereby they can acquire the knowledge required to enter the stock market from the top professionals in the field. The second phase provides companies with the required maturity for entering the stock exchange to prepare for and to perform the transaction itself.
